We offer FREE first class recorded delivery in the UK as standard.

Your products are shipped from our warehouses located in London UK.

STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES

UK: 1 – 2 BUSINESS DAYS
WEST EUROPE: 2 -4 BUSINESS DAYS
EAST EUROPE: 4 – 6 BUSINESS DAYS
AMERICA: 5 – 7 WORKING DAYS
REST OF WORLD: 5 – 7 WORKING DAYS

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day except where the order comes through before 12pm GMT. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for orders to process. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. 
Tracking Your Order

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed. You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. 
Please note that with Royal Mail standard shipping can be tracked fully in the UK; for Europe, USA and ROW tracking is available up to when the item leaves the UK, it will then be passed on relevant postal services and it won’t be able to be tracked although a signature will be required upon delivery.

NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1 business day to process the order. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact Parcel Force on 08448 00 44 66
We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if Parcel Force fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times, thus please choose Express Options at your own discretion. 

All of our Parcel Force shipments include Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact Parcel Force 08448 00 44 66 in order to investigate this issue.  http://www.parcelforce.com

We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address but you have not received it.

Please note that for Guaranteed SATURDAY NEXT DAY delivery you must select this option. If you do not select this then the item may not be delivered on a Saturday.

ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
We are unable at this time to ship to UNCONFIRMED addresses. This is where you are requesting us to ship items to an address where your card is NOT registered. We can only ship items to the confirmed billing address, where the card you are paying with is registered to.


WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: 
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at  before 5pm GMT the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you.

If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. (NOTE: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due incorrect address, if you'd like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for upgraded shipping fees)

ADDITIONAL INTERNATIONAL INFORMATION:
International customers (outside of UK) are responsible for all  import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks.  

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes.
